Registration for the JNVE conference is open now!

The JNVE conference will take place at the Van der Valk Hotel Nijmegen-Lent on Thursday October 22nd and Friday October 23rd. The conference will offer a varied programme with special focus on the artificial pancreas (by Dr. Arianne van Bon and Robin Koops), pitfalls in lab measurements (by Dr. Ir. Jacquelien Hillebrand), brown adipose tissue (by Dr. Mariette Boon), and adrenal steroid biosynthesis and metabolism (Dr. Lina Schiffer). We will additionally take a step back from science itself, and focus on the medical ethics of human research, with a talk by Dr. Martine de Vries on the distinction between care and research
There will be sessions for participants to present their newest work, including a session specifically focused on interesting case-reports. During this meeting, the JNVE Award will be awarded to the best young speaker.
